You can sulk all you want Sherlock, it still won’t be warm enough for you to be out in your shirt and long coat.
I have this theory that Winter is a constant battle of Man VS Fashion. There is a certain temperature, beyond which your average Human would just give up looking beautiful in that long coat, and reached for the balloony parka instead.
Albeit really, really grudgingly.
